Trip requests

Submitting the planner form creates a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your tour is confirmed only after availability, the final route, and inclusions are checked and explicitly confirmed.

Prices and payment

Planner prices are estimates based on selected day tours and group size. The final price, currency conversion, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedule are provided before you pay.

Changes and cancellations

Conditions depend on the confirmed itinerary and third-party tickets. Applicable terms are shared with your confirmation before payment.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for accurate contact details, suitable insurance, required documents, and informing us about relevant mobility, health, dietary, or safety needs.
